GENERAL MEMBERS BY REGION

AICP's general members comprise companies that specialize in producing commercials, regardless of length, on various media -- film, video, computer -- for advertisers and agencies. These production companies form the nucleus of AICP, and all the Association's efforts and activities revolve around their needs, concerns and interests. General members are represented on the AICP National Board by the presidents of the regional chapters who have weighted votes determined by the number of general members in their chapters.

ASSOCIATE MEMBERS BY REGION

Businesses serving the industry may join AICP as associate members. These services recognize the importance of unified representation and demonstrate their support of the industry by their membership. Occupying an ancillary position in the Association, associate members include companies allied to the industry, among which are post production and editorial houses, casting agencies, studios and production facilities, equipment/prop suppliers, and other businesses that serve production company needs. Associate members may attend membership meetings with general members, or may meet separately on a chapter by chapter basis. All AICP Associate members are represented by two seats on the National Board.

AMP MEMBERS

The Association of Music Producers (AMP) is an AICP association. AMP is a national organization representing music production houses in the business of creating music and sound design for advertising, promos, and other commercial uses. AMP¹s general members are music production shops; its associate members are companies that support and provide services to the commercial music production industry.

PRESS MEMBERS

A separate honorary membership is available for press covering the industry. Membership is corporate, and entitles Honorary Press Members to receive selected communications from the Association.
