Understanding Risk: A Deep Dive into Employment Issues and Intellectual Property

Insurance issues abound in this current climate, and two crucial issues are employment practices and intellectual property rights violations. Part one of this session will focus on the need to train your employees (at all levels) to ensure that employment laws and practices are being followed. Part two will focus on avoiding infringement claims.  Each section will feature an attorney and an insurance underwriter. The latter will advise on policies to protect your business.
