As Business Affairs issues become more complex, AICP offers its members the opportunity to have questions and concerns about Business Affairs issues addressed in small gatherings throughout the course of the year. The small group format offers an opportunity to meet and discuss any Business Affairs issues and questions in an informal setting, and allow for interaction and discussion with peers. There is no set agenda but topics covered may include client guidelines, cost consultant requirements, agency contracts, wrap up insurance, the legal initiative, foreign currency exchange, late payments, bidding guidelines, etc. Open only to AICP members, and limited to 20 attendees. If you are interested in attending, AICP sends RSVP links to all members via our "Happenings" emails on the 1st and 15th of each month (unless those dates fall on a Friday or weekend, in which case they are sent the following Monday).
