The 15th annual AICP Show & Lecture Series debuted June 8th at The Museum of Modern Art, which each year collects the Show for its film archives. MoMA is a spectacular space, appropriate for this, the production community's most spectacular event. In the morning, the guest directors, Hank Perlman and Stacy Wall, treated the audience to a faux game show with real prizes, lots of anecdotes and clips of their spots and other inspiring work. In the evening, close to 2,000 people celebrated with us, wandering the museum's galleries of world-famous paintings, dining on an Abigail Kirsch banquet, and toasting the premiere of the 2006 AICP Show, The Art & Technique of the American Commercial, before the launch of its international tour. If you missed it, we hope these photos will give you a flavor of the occasion. If you were there, here are some mementos of the event. (Photos by Doug Goodman)

The Directors Lectures guest directors were Hank Perlman of Hungry Man and Stacy Wall of Epoch Films who set up their own Wheel of Fortune game show to give away prizes, show spots and talk about their work.
