Jess is R/GA’s Chief Strategy Officer, US, covering six offices together with her partner Tom. She leads R/GA’s integrated strat pack: a hybrid team comprised of brand planners, connections and marketing science specialists, and is charged with answering client problems from brand and product innovation to go-to-market and creative strategy.
Over the last year, Jess and her team have produced Effie winning work for Samsung and Pepsi; designed and launched four new brands from scratch; and redesigned customer experiences for brands from Nike to Ally to Uber.
She is on of AdAge’s 2019 Women to Watch, and was also chosen as one of AdWeek’s Creative 50, one of only two strategists to make the list. She is also a founder member of Papel e Caneta, a global creative collaboration to solve some of society’s toughest problems.
Outside work, Jess can be found either designing clothes or doing karaoke.
