Across the advertising and marketing spectrum, commitments to diversity, equity and inclusion have proliferated. Providing access and opportunity to those historically underrepresented in the production and post production space is a priority for AICP members and their agency and advertiser partners.
This roundtable will focus on the work being done – and what still needs to be done to keep moving the industry forward. The discussion will include a review at the AICP Best Practices for Engagement, guidelines developed by the AICP Equity & Inclusion Committee with agencies and marketers to address ways to provide meaningful access and opportunities. The conversation will also touch on internal and external efforts by all to collaborate on this issue most effectively.
