Carley is the Vice President of Brand Marketing & Media at eos Products, the iconic beauty brand that has sold nearly a billion lip balms worldwide. As the leader for all organic and paid marketing for eos, Carley manages an incredible team that has driven tremendous success for the brand. In her role, she touches all areas of marketing, from overseeing brand strategy and concepting, to leading all internal and external creative teams, to managing social media strategy/content/community, to leading all paid advertising.
Since joining eos in 2018, Carley has played a critical role in the completion of a total brand, product and design reboot, which encompassed revamping the brand identity, voice & positioning, redesigning the entire assortment and expanding the product pipeline. All of this resulted in double-digit revenue growth and led the brand to win numerous media awards and accolades.
Through her leadership, creative vision and social-first approach, Carley has fueled eos’ robust presence across all social media platforms and is responsible for growing eos’ TikTok organic following by over 200% to 740k+ followers. In addition, Carley led the infamous “Bless Your F*ing Cooch” campaign, which gained 700mm+ earned media impressions and resulted in 2X growth in eos’ shave business, in record time. Carley’s team also concepted and oversaw the brand’s multiplatform #eosflavorlab ad campaign, which drove ~10% ad recall across Instagram, Youtube, and TikTok, and was eos’ first ever activation on Triller.
Carley oversees the company’s corporate social responsibility initiatives and worked in partnership with the Global Shea Alliance NGO to create a bold expansion of eos’ sustainability and social responsibility initiative – eos Shea Better – to donate fuel-efficient processing equipment, micro-warehouses, transportation, and an organic processing center to 8 communities in Ghana. She traveled to Ghana as part of the GSA’s sustainability working group and continues to provide marketing and business thought leadership to their team.
Carley has been the recipient of numerous marketing leadership awards and accolades. She was named a 40 Under 40 honoree by AdAge, a Rising Star of Brand Marketing by Business Insider and honored on Brand Innovator’s Women To Watch Awards List in 2021.
Before joining eos, Carley deepened her beauty and retail marketing expertise by leading the Redken global brand at L’Oreal, beauty category merchandising at Anthropologie, and the Soap & Sanitizer category at Bath & Body Works.
