Christina Schoen

Christina T. Schoen has worked in the field of banking and corporate finance for approximately 30 years, with experience across a wide range of transaction types and clients, including assignments in Europe.  For the last 17 years, she has been a lending specialist in 2 private banks, making loans to both individuals and privately held companies.  For 12 of those 17 years, she was with Citibank Private Bank.  The last 5 years have been at City National Bank, the leading private bank to the U.S. entertainment industry.  Ms. Schoen graduated from Brown University in 1977 and received her MBA from the MIT Sloan School in 1985.  From 2000 through 2016, she was also a volunteer teacher of various multi-week business and finance classes for women entrepreneurs through the Women’s’ Business Development Council, based in Stamford, CT.  One of the most popular curricula she developed was “Fear of Financials”, designed to introduce women to financial education and awareness and their importance.  As a result, one of her personal interests is promoting financial literacy.
